Maths
With Project Maths beginning to settle, predictable trends are now being identified. We will show you the shortcuts to take full advantage of this. Each student will also receive a full set of notes, with solutions, which will be essential in improving exam grades. This applies to all Math Grinds in Mallow, all Math Grinds in Clonmel and all Math Grinds in Midelton.
All our students receive excellent and professional notes. As our tutors are experienced correctors of the State Exams in Leaving Cert Maths, our students will also receive tips of how to avoid common errors, and increase their results.
Our classes teach every topic from the very basics, the whole way through, so as a result, they are suitable for students aiming for that O6 along with those aiming for an O1!
Our classes are designed to build confidence in each and every student. This confidence will reduce the stress that each student has regarding maths, and the results will then follow.
We aim to break down the language barrier from what is being written on the exam paper and what is being actually asked. As all our tutors are experienced correctors of the State Exams, we will give our students extensive practice and help on the past exam papers.
Physics
In these grinds, we will break down Physics to its fundamentals. It will be shown that the Physics course is not as hard as students seem to think. With Physics being the shortest course of the three sciences, each student will get the course covered extensively with exam questions covered along the way. This applies to all Physics Grinds in Mallow, along with all Physics Grinds in Clonmel. The following topics will be covered:

Chemistry
These classes cover each topic in detail. These topics are specifically chosen to ensure the best results in June 2021. Past and possible Leaving Certificate questions will be provided, along with solutions. Strategies to maximise grades will be given, with particular emphasis on the marking scheme. This applies to all Chemistry Grinds in Mallow, along with all Chemistry Grinds in Clonmel. The following topics will be covered:

Students will get notes on the composition, focusing on the essay titles for June 2021. The course will cover simple shortcuts to help students raise their grade, along with guidance on how to avoid the common mistakes made in this section.
Each student will receive a custom made set of notes for the Oral exam. The students will also have the option of availing of a practice Irish Oral exam.

Significant time and effort is allocated to preparing for the Oral Examination. This preparation includes:]
Mock oral examination taking place in March.
Each student is given a feedback sheet with tips on how to increase their grade
Personalised answer booklets are prepared for every student. These focus on individual answers each student would have on their family, hobbies, where they live etc
Oral exam preparation starts at the beginning of the academic year as it is worth 40% of the overall grade
Applied Maths
The Leaving Cert Applied Maths paper is made up of 10 questions:

- Circular motion and simple harmonic motion
- Statics
- Moments of inertia
- Hydrostatics
- Differential equations
Applied Maths is a difficult subject requiring students to have a good standard of Maths. Less than 2000 students sit this exam annually. Students who study this subject have an advantage when studying Science and Engineering in college. Leaving Cert Applied Maths involves solving problems that can be quite complex.
We will take you through the techniques to attack complex problems in the simplest way possible. We aim to teach you to get to the heart of a problem using the most efficient and effective methods. This is critically important as students have only two and a half hours to complete the Leaving Cert Applied Maths paper.
