Payment upfront for the year

35 weeks in total (September 5th – June 20^th)

Instalment Options

Term 1 (September 5th – December 20^th)   15 grinds

Option 1 – €375 to be paid on the first week of September

Option 2- €30 pay as you go *

Term 2 (January 9^th – June 20th)    20 grinds

Option 1 – €500 to be paid on the first week of January.

Option 2 – €30 pay as you go *

* While students may attend on a pay as you go method, priority will be given to students who have booked for the entire year / term when it comes to filling spaces.

Payment must be made for all classes, whether taken or missed. ‘Make-up’ classes will not be given in the case of students’ absence. As a courtesy to the tutor, we ask that you contact us if a student is to be absent.

Should a student be missing from class for whatever reason his/her place will be retained for 3 weeks providing fees are up to date. In the event of there being no contact within this period places will be allocated to the waiting list and you will forfeit your fees.

Please note when you have been provided with a time slot it is not always possible to change as the timetable is pre-set. However, we will try to facilitate a request for a perma-nent change.

We will allow for a student who paid for the full year in advance to attend class for three weeks after which if they feel this class is not suitable for them we will either transfer the remaining fees to a different class, if the student so wishes, or give a refund of remaining fees for the year. Students paying monthly are automatically enrolled for the following month unless their parent/guardian cancels enrolment within the required notice period.

No tuition refunds are given for any classes missed by the student. Classes missed by the Tutor will be rescheduled and prior notice given.
